iPhone 要在国内上市？先把名字抢回来吧！

苹果啥时候要让 iPhone『登陆』，除了持续跟电信公司『切磋』之外，现在恐怕还要面对另一个更大的问题 — 商标。

扣掉一堆叫做『i』什么『phone』什么产品不说，国内一家叫做汉王（音译，Hanwang Technology）的公司，据悉是真的握有 i-phone 这个产品商标，而汉王针对这个商标的登记，也同样包括手机产品，相对于苹果已经登记了的 『iPhone』，是归属于『电脑方面的硬件以及软件』，而不是手机。

目前根据汉王的说法，苹果还没有找上他们来进行商标方面的协商；话说，i-phone 跟 iPhone 确实有商标混淆的问题，不过，这会是个问题吗？
